Nutella Brownies

Nutella Brownies 2 Pictures


  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter – melted and cooled slightly (if using unsalted, add 1/2 tsp to the flour)
  • 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

Nutella Brownies - Step 1

Line the bottom and sides of an 8″ square pan with parchment paper and spray the sides with non-stick spray or butter. In stand mixer fit with paddle attachment (or hand mixer), mix to combine the eggs, Nutella, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix on medium-low for about 2 minutes. Turning to low speed, mix in the melted butter alternately with the flour until all combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and baked in a preheated 325 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Let the brownies cool in pan for 2 hours before removing. Then use a knife to help release the two sides without parchment and then simply lift the brownies out by the parchment paper to transfer to cutting board.
