Sausage Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (12-14 oz each) beef sausage
  • 12 oz frozen country-style mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300℉.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients with 1/4 cup water (swirled in the soup can to rinse it) in a baking dish and season with sea salt and pepper. Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover, stir, and bake for 15 minutes more, until browned on top.
