See's Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 (6oz) pkg Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 (5 3/4oz) can Evaporated Milk
  • 10 large Marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, chocolate & vanilla in medium bowl. Set aside.

Step 2

Place sugar, milk & marshmallows in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low & cook 6 minutes stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over bowl with butter & chocolate in it.

Step 3

Beat with electric mixer until fudge is thick & dull. Stir in nuts.

Step 4

Pour into lightly buttered 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate several hours to firm.
