Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3 c. ground carrots
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together the first 3 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Add carrots. Bake in a 9x13" pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting or vanilla frosting.
