Upside Down Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 7 tbsp pineapple juice and pineapple slices from can
  • 1 cup of butter half a bar of butter (the big one)

Preparation

Step 1

1. mix eggs and sugar well (light and fluffy)
2. mix in flour
3. mix in juice and butter(melted or really soft)
4. mix in baking powder


Pre heat oven to 350f
Grease and flour pan.
Place pineapple slices at the bottom of pan.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 1 hour (do not open oven door while baking – it will deflate)
