  • 3 lbs cubed chicken breast or lamb or veal
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 4 T greek yogurt

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow chicken to marinate for 2-24 hours, covered in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Place chicken on the skewers, alternating with pieces of cut white onion. Grill for 15 minutes or until done*. Remember to turn skewers during cooking.
