Grandma Cindy's Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
  • 2 TBS chopped onion
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. cubed velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all in large bowl. Grease 9x13 pan and pour mixture in. Spread evenly with spatula.

Step 2

Top with 1 stick melted butter and sprinkle with 2 c. crushed coarse cornflakes.

Step 3

Bake 375 for 1 hour uncovered

To crush cornflakes, put in ziplock bag and use rolling pin to crush.
