This nail tutorial is CREEPING everybody out on Instagram

Dutch Instagrammer @narmai is creeping everybody out with her tutorial for torn-off nails. 

"Gyaaaa what have I DONE??? What will I paint on, now that my nails are gone?" she jokes in her original posting.

The tutorial is  pretty simple ... but honestly, the result is seriously disturbing...  in other words, perfect for Halloween!!
