Salmon tartare

Salmon tartare is healthy, filling and full of omega-3's! Simply start with a piece of high-quality fresh salmon. Cut into small cubes and mix with freshly chopped chives, lemon juice, thinly sliced red onion and a bit of olive oil. You can add a little bit of avocado on the side, but be careful not to overdo it because avocado contains a lot of calories!
