Chicken liver and citrus salad

This dish has the perfect balance between sweet and sour. On a large plate, add salad leaves, thinly sliced spring onions and orange wedges. Make a dressing using a squeeze of orange juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Quickly cook the chicken livers in a hot pan and add to the salad. Enjoy!
