Mac and cheese

1 cup macaroni+ 2 cups milk + 3/4 cup grated cheese

Boil the pasta and while it cooks make the sauce: heat the milk, add the grated cheese (Swiss, Cheddar or Parmesan are good options), wait for it to melt and mix well. Take off the heat, add the pasta once cooked and stir until it's coated with the cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of freshly grated nutmeg!
