How to make delicious cinnamon rolls

Prepare the dough and the topping

Put the flour in a large bowl. Make a well then add the yeast that has already been mixed with the milk. 

Add the sugar, salt, the egg and the melted butter, then mix well by hand. 

Place the dough on a work surface and knead it until it's firm and no longer sticky. 

Knead for 10 minutes, either by hand or using a standing mixer. 

When the dough is ready, shape it into a ball and put it back in the bowl. Cover with a dishcloth and let rise for 2 hours. 

In another bowl, mix the remaining butter, sugar and cinnamon.
