- 14 oz fresh soba noodles
- 8 oz steak
- 1 red pepper
- 4 Chinese cabbage leaves
- 1 spring onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger 3 cm long
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of dried seaweed flakes (optional)
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon neutral vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons hot water
Lobster ginger and green onion

- chuck beef chunks i buy chuck steak and cut it in chunks you can use stew meat
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 onion cut in 1/4 sections

- 2 tbl white wine i use cooking wine
- 1 tbl sugar

Marinated beef skewers In An Asian Inspired Sauce
- Ingredients
- •1 lb. of beef sirloin, cubed
- •1 lb. shrimp, deveined and tails removed
- •24 to 48 wooden skewers, soaked at least one hour
- •mixed vegetables cut into large chunks
- Marinade
- •¼ cup hoisin sauce (preferably garlic flavoured)
- •¼ cup peanut oil
- •½ cup soy sauce
- •½ cup balsamic vinegar
- •1 tbsp. brown sugar
- •4 cloves of Grill Roasted Garlic, mashed
- •1 tsp. Bone Dust BBQ Seasoning
- •½ tsp. chili flakes
