- 2 tbsp sugar-free strawberry preserves
- 1/4 c whole wheat flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp vanilla whey protein (I used GNC’s ProPerformance Wheybolic Extreme 60)
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co’s White Chocolate Wonderful
- 1tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1 large strawberry (optional – for garnishment)

- 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 2/3 cup flour
- 4 cups chopped apples
- Mix eggs and sugar well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 2 small bread pans. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar. Bake another 20 minutes or until done.
