  • pinch of Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons instant Yeast (or two packets)

  • Filling:
  • 1/2 Butter soften
  • 2 Lemons zest
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • Icing:
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • Juice of one Lemon or 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon extract
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup milk (use the amount that you need to get to your desired thickness)

Perfect for cold fall days! You can also make this into muffins for a more portable snack

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 2/3 cup flour
  • 4 cups chopped apples
  • Mix eggs and sugar well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 2 small bread pans. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar. Bake another 20 minutes or until done.
