VIDEO: Easy Cheesy Mini Pizzas
We are definitely making these Easy Cheesy Mini Pizzas for our next party!
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)
- Shredded cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Cured ham, shredded
- 4 eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil
Method
- Roll out the dough
- Use a small bowl to cut the dough into rounds
- Add shredded cheese
- Place in oven on an oven tray afr 10 min at 355°F
- Put each dough round into a ramekin
- Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce, a handful of shredded cured ham
- Break an egg into each pizza
- Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and a basil leaf
- Place in oven for another 15 mins at 355°F
- Garnish with parsley and a pinch of pepper
- Serve and enjoy!

An appetizer, light and beautiful dish
- 1 large onion
- 1 large can of tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2-3 Tbs red pepper paste ( as as needed based on how hot you like your food)
- 2 long green peppers ( not bell peppers)
- ¾ cup of med-size Bulgur ( washed quickly and set aside)
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- olive oil
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- ¼ cup chopped Italian parsley
- Lemon juice to taste/ or pomegranate paste ( 1Tbs)
- Romaine Lettuce leaves, from the hearts, washed, dried and kept whole.
Bulgur or Cracked Wheat Salad

This is a nice cold salad that is filling and goes with many dishes
- 18 ounce box of bulgur wheat
- 1 cup raisins
- 6 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice
- 1 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons grated orange rind
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 1 cup salted cashews
Tabbouleh Salad
By 750 International
Cook the bulgur according to the package and strain
- 2 cups bulgur
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 6 spring onions
- the juice of 3 lemons
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 bunch of fresh mint
- salt and pepper
