INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup of blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
- Green peas (cooked)
- 4 Sun-dried tomatoes (halved)
- 2 Slices prosciutto
- Toast
METHOD
- Mix together the blue cheese and cream cheese.
- Spread onto toast.
- Top with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
- Enjoy!

This is one of my favorite cookie recipes that my mom used to make every Christmas
- 1/2 cup vegan margarine
- soft
- 1/2 cup vegetable lard
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups AP flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red food coloring
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Oven 375. Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, conf sugar, egg, and flavorings
- ½ c butter soft
- ½ cup shortening
- 1 cup conf. Sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp red and green food coloring
- ½ cup sugar
