Potato Leek Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes
  • 4 leeks
  • 3 cups grated Comté
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • scant 1/2 cup of vegetable bouillon
  • scant 1/2 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cut and peel the potatoes into sections. Wash leeks, finely chop.

Butter a casserole dish, then put a layer of potatoes, a layer of leeks. Finish with potatoes.

Top with Salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated cheese. Pop in the oven for 45 min. Delicious!
