Flour dumplings

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine more than half of your flour and form a well. Add the eggs and then dilute with milk. Add remaining flour. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Step 2

Let the dough rest 1 hour.

Step 3

Heat salted water until boiling in large saucepan. Form small dumplings with a spoon and place gradually in water. When they float to the surface they are cooked.
