Ingredients

  • 6 turkey cutlets,
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • scant 1/4 cup hot mustard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven hot 350 ° F.

Mix the vinegar, mustard, tomato paste, water, cream, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 2

In a baking dish arrange the cutlets coated with sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, remove foil and serve.
