Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 8 oz basmati rice
  • 2 1/2 cups peeled and chopped onions
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • oil (preferably sesame)
  • soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a wok sauté onions in oil, beat eggs and then add the onions that have browned. Mix the mixture using a spatula.

Step 2

Cut the cabbage into thin strips, add to the mixture in the wok along with the already cooked rice. Drizzle with soy sauce to your liking, let it all simmer for a few minutes and then enjoy!

Can also be eaten cold.
