Ingredients

  • 5 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • scant 1/2 cup liquid whipping cream
  • 1/2 log fresh goat cheese
  • salt Pepper
  • Cayenne
  • cucumber

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate the salmon with lemon, add a little pepper.

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into very small dice, with salt to drain.

Step 3

Whisk the goat cheese and cream until smooth. Salt and pepper.

Step 4

Put the cream in the fridge for about 2 hours along with the marinated salmon.

Step 5

In glass jars, put the smoked salmon, cucumber and then the goat cheese mousse.

Step 6

Garnish with a little cayenne pepper.
