Oatmeal Pancakes

Easy to make alternative to traditional pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C & 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 6 Tbsp Oats
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp Syrup (or for sugar free add 4 packs of sweetener alternative)
  • 1 C Milk of your choice *can be dairy or not* (add 2 Tbsp more if using sweetener)
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • * For a twist on flavor add 3/4 Fruit or 1 C Chocolate chips or 2 Tsp Almond Oil*

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients.

Step 2

In a larger bowl mix all wet ingredients and mix with a whisk.

Step 3

Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix to form batter.

Step 4

If the batter is too thin then add 1/4 C Flour until desired thickness.

Step 5

Pour batter into well oiled pan.

Step 6

Cook each pancake until edges start to turn golden brown and flip and cook an additional minute on opposite side.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy!
