Ingredients
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla.
- 1 c. oatmeal. (add last)
Preparation
Step 1
Excluding oatmeal, mix all ingredients.
Step 2
Add oatmeal last. Spoon 1 tbs. of cookie mix onto a cookie sheet.
Step 3
bake for 10 minutes
