Ingredients

  • 1 pork shoulder roast
  • 1 large onion cut into big slices
  • 2 cups favourite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 red wine

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except BBQ sauce into a crockpot. Turn on to high for first 4 hours then turn down to medium for remaining time. Once done remove pork from pot and remove fat. Shred into a pot and add onions and BBQ sauce cook on stove till hot. Serve on buns and top with coleslaw
