Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sake
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 Cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 Cup tamari
  • 1/2 Cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 Cup water (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Make tamago in small pan using eggs, mirin, sake and soy sauce. cool. cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Blend dragon sauce ingredients together in food processor and alter syrup and tahini to taste.

Step 3

Add to sushi rice and garnish with avacado, carrots, cucumber, toasted seasame seeds and flax
