this is my mom's n gma's version, but updated to add MORE flavor n juicyness PLUS without the cryin of cuttin fresh onions, but STILL with the onion flavor!!!

Ingredients

  • ground beef; 1-2 eggs (depends on size of loaf); breadcrumbs; mustard; ketchup; BBQ sauce ( I use JD orig. recipe BBQ sauce); Worcestershire sauce; soy sauce; chopped fresh garlic (or minced dry, i use fresh chipped garlic that stays refrigerated); spices: garlic n onion powder, minced dried onion pieces, Italian seasonings, ground pepper, meat seasoning (i use beef).

Preparation

Step 1

All how much u desire of amounts of each ingredient.

Step 2

Combine all well (i mix it with my hands). Place in a loaf pan or if loaf is a larger amount, use a cake sized flat pan.

Step 3

Cook at 325 for 45-60 mins, depends on size
