Smoked Salmon Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup onion - diced
  • 2 cups smoked salmon - chopped
  • 4 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 pkg. smoked salmon cream cheese
  • ¾ pkg. linguine or fettuccine - cooked
  • green onions for garnish - chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil, add onions, cook until transparent. Add chopped smoked salmon to onions and cook for one minute then add fish sauce and salt.

Step 2

Add milk, when milk starts to simmer add cream cheese and let dissolve into milk.

Step 3

Turn heat to low and add noodles and let sauce thicken; about five minutes.

Step 4

Adjust flavour with salt and pepper to taste and serve with chopped green onions.
