  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 11 oz/340 gm crab meat
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Combine all n bowl.
Wet hands and form into 8 patties.
Cover & refrigerate 30 mins.
Fry in vegetable oil till golden on both sides.
Serve with avocado salsa & lime wedges.
