Ingredients

  • • 1 cup Water
  • • 1 envelope Yeast (1 tbsp)
  • • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • • ¼ cup Butter
  • • ¼ cup Sugar
  • • 1 Egg
  • • 1 tbsp Milk Powder, or Warm Milk
  • • 4 cups Flour
  • • 1 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease loaf pan.

Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside for 15 minutes to activate yeast.

Step 2

Combine the rest of the ingredients and stir in yeast mixture.

Knead the dough and put into pan and let it rise to double its size (set in warm spot). This may take 30 minutes.

Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
