Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • milk
  • flour
  • 2 medium eggs
  • fine breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • oil
  • +
  • tartar sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook cut up pieces of cauliflower in boiling water for 5 min. take out and cool down with cold water. let stand to dry.

Step 2

Roll cauliflower in the flour.
Dip in the milk & eggs mixture.
Roll cauliflower in the breadcrumbs until covered.

Step 3

Deep fry in pan from all sides until golden and crispy.

Step 4

Serve with tartar sauce and potatoes.
