Creamy Rice and Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts (2 or 3)
  • Rice (1 Cup)
  • Sour cream (6 Oz)
  • Cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Par boil the chicken breasts.

Step 2

Take two cups of water from the chicken breasts, and add it to the one cup dry rice, cook as package says.

Step 3

Shred the chicken breasts and stir into rice once rice is finished cooking.

Step 4

In small saucepan combine sour cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper. Once creamy and cheese is melted, add to rice and chicken mixture.

Step 5

Serve.
