Ingredients

  • 4 eggs beaten well
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 gallon of whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a churn, mix sugar, condensed milk and eggs. Then add a little milk and mix well.

Step 2

Fill churn about half full with milk before adding lemon juice.

Step 3

Add lemon juice and mix quickly to avoid curdling. Add vanilla and then more milk to churn's fill line.

Step 4

Churn according to directions.
