Ingredients

  • 1 can of Spam
  • 4-6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 cans of cut green beans
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 Tbs vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Put peeled potaoes in a large pan,cover with water and boil until tender

Step 2

Add cans of green beans-you don't have to drain

Step 3

Cut spam in half than cut each half into slices
about 13 slices per half add to pan

Step 4

Add onions and vinegar
cook down than recover with water and cook down again

When serving separate each item
smash down potatoes add butter
If you add the vinegar before potatoes are done,potatoes will not get real tender.
