Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of ground beef or pork
  • 1 onion
  • julienned cucumbers
  • fine diced mushrooms
  • shredded carrot
  • sprouts if you have them
  • cut up dried korean seaweed
  • green onion if you have it
  • sticky rice
  • one egg per person
  • bibimpap sauce

Preparation

Step 1

cook meat and onion together

Step 2

chop everything and be ready to assemble!

Step 3

in each bowl, put rice, then some of each topping. Top each bowl with an over-easy fried egg and as much sauce as you can handle!
