Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 16 oz can of tomatoes
  • 1/3 tsp green pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper
  • 3 t flour
  • 1 lb liver
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon
Remove from pan and drain grease

Step 2

Flower liver and brown in bacon drippings

Step 3

Stir in remaining ingredients except bacon

Step 4

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes

Step 5

Garnish with crumbled bacon
