Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Place ham in a large pot; add enough water to cover the meat.
Step 2
Simmer covered until meat is tender.
Step 3
Remove ham from pot, and trim away tough rind.
Step 4
Place ham in pan, fat side up. Score surface and cover with ingredients mix.
Step 5
Bake @ 350 for 30-45 min
