Pie Dough (makes 5 crusts)

Ingredients

  • 5c flour
  • 1T salt
  • 1T sugar
  • 2c crisco
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in crisco. Break egg into 1c measuring cup. beat and continue to fill cup with water. Pour into previous mixture and mix.

Step 2

Divide into 5 portions and freeze in ziploc bags.
