Baby's Mashed Potatoes and Tomatoes {for 7 months+}

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb (a little over 1/2 cup) Potato
  • 1/4 lb (1/2 cup chopped) ripe tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 1 egg yolk or 1 slice cooked ham / chicken breast
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potato, add to pan with along with tomato chopped, salt and water. Bring to boil. Cook until potato is soft. Puree with immersion hand blender or regular blender.

Step 2

Add the puree back to pan and stir in butter and egg yolk or whatever protein you are using.
