Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 tbsp melted butter

Step 1
preheat oven 350*f grease baking dish or cast iron skillet
Step 2
combine dry ingredient in medium bowl, mix wet ingredient in a small bowl
then min wet into dry until combined
Step 3
pour into greased baking dish for 35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
