Nana's Chicken & Rice Bake

Everyone's favorite from all of my family & kids but their friends to
- big Black Roasting Pan with Lid
- Boneless or Bone in chicken which ever you prefer.
- 1 box Lipton's Onion Soup Mix ( can not be made without this)
- spray oil
- Rice ( i prefer uncle Benz)
- 2 large cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup

bake 350 degrees
- chicken
- 2 cups rice
- 1 bag peas
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cupmilk
Ham and Rice Bake

In saucepan, combine soup and 1/2 c cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 16 ounces frozen california blend vegetables thawed
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup ham
- cubed
