Traditionally gazpacho consists of tomatoes along with cucumbers, bell peppers, garlic, onion, stale bread, wine vinegar and olive oil. Many variations of this cold summer classic are now made with watermelon, grapes and seafood, among other ingredients. Sometimes completely omitting the tomatoes all together.
