- 2 poblano peppers
- 2 red jalapeno peppers
- 1 habanero pepper
- 3 tablespoon nut or other oil
- 1 cup chopped yellow or red onion
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon pure dark cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder

- 1 pound roughly chopped plum tomatoes
- 1/2 pound rough chopped tomatillos

- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-1 inch diced red bell pepper
- 1-1 inch diced yellow bell pepper
