Pulled pork

1 deboned pork shoulder + 1 bottle of Barbecue  sauce + 1 beer (eg. Guinness)

 

This is probably the easiest way to make delicious pulled pork. Simply place the three ingredients in your slow cooker or crock-pot and cook for 7 hours. When done, remove the pork and pull apart using two forks. Pour the remaining sauce onto the meat and serve in a warm hamburger bun.
