Prepare the pasta dough

Once you’ve got all your ingredients together, mix them until they form a ball. You can do this either by hand, or using a food processor. Mix the two ingredients until your dough is lump-free and well blended. Then roll the dough into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 1 hour (or preferably overnight!) at room temperature.
