Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 8 ounces almond paste
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 drops red food coloring
- 6 drops green food coloring
- 1/4 cup seedless red raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Streusel 1. Combine flour, brown sugar, spices and salt in a bowl

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- ¾ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar

- 1 ¼ cups full fat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon freshly brewed coffee
- Icing
- about 2 tablespoons coffee
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
