  • oil salt, mirchi powder

Preparation

Step 1

Aloo boil potatoes in cooker 4 CT
cool mash properly so that there are no lumps
add salt, mirchi powder, lil bit of turmeric powder. (optional---either add only ginger or ginger garlic paste)

Step 2

Gobi / paneer

heat oil add 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp crushed coriander, fry 1 small finely onion,
add grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies(add pudina optional)
add Gobi (or paneer) cook till soft.
