Chicken and Pineapple

Ingredients

  • ~8 chicken pieces (thigh size)
  • 1 can (8 oz) of pineapple chunks
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark/mushroom flavored soy sauce
  • 1/4 regular soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Toss together the sauce ingredients, incorporating some of the pineapple juice

Step 2

In a large skillet, layer the onions, pineapple and chicken

Step 3

Add water, then Pour sauce over the top

Step 4

Let cook on medium-low for ~1 hour or until sauce is nice and thick
