                    Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
 - 2 eggs beaten
 - 1 1/3 cups minute rice
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 cup raisins
 - Cinnamon to flavor
 - Vanilla to flavor
 
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice on stove as per rice cooking directions,substituting milk for water.Let stand 5 minutes,then add raisins,eggs and spices.
Step 2
Grease 8 x 8 inch dish and put in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1/2 hour.
