Ingredients

  • -2 Tbsp. liter. sour cream;
  • -2 / 3 cup sugar;
  • -1 Egg;
  • -1 Tbsp. liter. honey;
  • 0.5 tsp. soda;
  • -200 G of flour.
  • Cream:
  • -1 Egg;
  • -2 / 3 cup sugar;
  • -2 Tbsp. liter. flour;
  • 100g butter;
  • -500 G fat cottage cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

CREAM
Rub the egg with sugar, mix with flour. Triturated with softened butter.
Curd several times mince (forced through a sieve or resort, as I, a food processor).
Mix the two masses and put the stew - cream will first liquid, but gradually thickens. Do not forget to stir constantly - burnt flavor in the cream somehow felt especially strongly.

Step 2

DOUGH
Knead the dough sparsely - combine all ingredients together.
Visually divide the dough into equal parts, distribute in the form of one bake cakes - a temperature of 180 degrees, about 15 minutes.
Lubricates warm shortcakes warm cream and leave for a couple of hours at room temperature, then it is necessary to rearrange the cake in the refrigerator.
