Ingredients

  • 1 pork shoulder roast
  • 1 large onion sliced thick
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients but the BBQ sauce into a crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours then reduce to medium heat for remaining time. Once cooked remove from crockpot and remove excess fat. Pull pork apart and place into a pot, add BBQ sauce and cook on stove until hot. Serve on bun topped with coleslaw
